Contest $25 - I Need My Logo Turned Into Glossy / 3D / Web 2.0

As the title says, I need the logo turned glossy with a slight 3D look to it. In essence, I need it looking Web 2.0ish if you know what I mean.

I have attached the current logo and uploaded it to mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?0rd9rjg3p8zwwn8. I want the colors, position, etc to stay the same, you can obviously change the size, because it will have a shadow / 3D look, so I understand that. This logo is going on a dark background, so be aware of that.

Keep the font the same, it is: Myriad Pro, I believe.

Please deliver in: .PNG format.

If you win this contest, I have other icons that would need to be adjusted, so more opportunity for you to make money.

@falloutvic, great design, we are getting closer. Eliminate the reflection from the slogan and possibly make the "gloss" in the main lettering more noticeable.

Feedback please, I can change the slogan to the same size as it is (just thought u might wanna see how it looks like this).

 

@ENVisionize, I like the design, you have found the the right amount of gloss I am looking for. Now make sure the "slogan" is the correct gray color as in the original logo. Next, I see that Hypersonic Rankings was bolded or made bigger, so make the letter spacing a bit bigger for Hypersonic Rankings.

@falloutvic, Great stuff. Make sure the Hypersonic is more white than it currently is. And continue making the gloss more noticeable. ENVisionize has the right amount of gloss.

@thejuggernaut, I like the third design, keep running with the color scheme too, it looks cool. I would recommend making the gloss more even, not spotty. And lastly, make sure the letter spacing is bigger for the "slogan" so it fits like the original.

Also in terms of color, make sure "Hypersonic" is: #FFFFFF or close to it, make sure "Rankings" is: #64CAEB or close to it, and make sure the "slogan" is: #BFBFBF or close to it.

@ENVisionize, make the logo bolder like before and just make the letters of "Hypersonic Rankings" farther apart. Also, make "Hypersonic" more white. I want to make sure you can tell the difference in color between "Hypersonic" and the "slogan" because right now the colors are very similar.

@falloutvic, can you make "Hypersonic" more white? And continue to ramp up the gloss, take a look at ENVisionize's sample as an example of the desired gloss look.
