Contest $25 header contest + another $5 for nice favicon

I need a header for a real estate site I'm building at realtyvisit dot com. Right now it has a placeholder header 900x200 on it.

I will change the sidebar title colors to match the winning header, so don't go by that ugly light blue/green color in the sidebars.

The site builds virtual tours for real estate agents and "for sale by owners". So the header should have some nice real estate graphics, etc -- I'll give the bidders room to come up with something good. If you need to make it a little taller, that's fine too. Look over the site and design something appropriate.

I'll keep the contest open about 24-48 hours -- but will close sooner if I see something really good.

Universifier, the lime green background is too glaring. Maybe a different color would look better.

vineet, I like yours the best so far but still needs work. It's "realty" not "reality". Can you remove the skyscraper and replace with something else?

Everyone, the type of properties we do are just regular everyday houses -- some of the samples above make it look too architectural. What I kind of envisioned was pictures of properties, a for sale sign planted in the ground. Maybe the words virtual tour or for sale worked in there somewhere. People can sell their homes quicker with our service, and I want the header to reflect that.

The image is my intellectual property hence has my company watermark ,
Once you give your payment you will recieve the image without the watermark.
    Thanks and regards....

BS_web, I like how the name is in two colors -- makes it easier to read. People don't search our site though for homes. It's a service we provide them and they advertise their link wherever they want. And I'm not too crazy about hose little scrolls that look like diplomas next to the buyers, sellers, etc. We don't cater to buyers. Our customers are Real Estate Agents, and For Sale by Owners -- also called FSBO's.

I'd also like more realistic looking pictures of real estate.

chlopzmazur, you're definitely on the right track. But I think the homes you picked are too upscale. Anyone can use our service, the homes don't have to be too fancy. I'm afraid a picture of big homes like in your sample might scare some people off.

I don't like that light blue on the bottom and the border you're using. Please change to something else. That's almost like the blue on my site that I said I would be changing. And I don't like the font and color you're using for the site name.

divineworld, sorry I don't care for it. I don't like the light blue or the houses you've chosen. Maybe read some of my other feedbacks to others.

Everyone, please see all my feedbacks above. I like realistic looking homes -- nothing cartoonish. Maybe a couple homes, a nice family, a for sale sign -- the words Realty Visit and Virtual Tours mixed in there somewhere.
