    Site is wholesalefloral.com
    I am having trouble with the promo graphic under my header.
    It is showing up in FF, safari and chrome but not in IE.
    I need it to show up in IE and the graphic needs to not go outside of the website border. Needs to match up with the header on all resolutions.

    $25 to whoever can figure this out without it being a major site overhaul.
