$25 for fixing css and W3 validation

I need someone that knows css and html to fix a few things for my site. The site is www.nookeet.com there are a few errors in main css and the index page is not w3 valid. Also under the forum section the menu is all messed up, which is again same css as main css. If you can fix these I will be paying you $25.
