Buying $25 for easy html5/css video search template

    Hi,

    i'm looking for a template that has the following ;)

    - header bar (30-40px high, logo left, right search bar + couple of menu tabs & sub menu)
    - left and right block
    - left block contains 'search' options / categories, alternative search queries.
    - right block contains results (3 lines, line 1: title left, video source name right, line 2: description/tags, play time and views, line 3: 3-5 images from video (snapshots))

    extra's:
    - full screen (resizable, grow with screensize)
    - web 2.0 possible design

    If i like the design i'll need extra pages (video player page, contact, etc)

    Anyone that can create such a template for me? contact me!
