Contest $25 for another design

    Hello fellow forum friends,

    I have another project for you. $25 paypal. The contest will go on for 3-4 days.

    I need a real estate sign that stands out from the rest. This is what most signs look like for this company examples They all are too busy and they all look the same to me and they are poorly designed in my opinion.

    I need the "FOR SALE" to be big and visible and also my phone number to be huge as i want people to see this a mile away "555-555-5555" ( we will change it later). The 2 different logos need to be there too but in my opinion they can be small somewhere in the corner. So there should be BIG "For Sale" + BIG phone number + medium size name and small email and the 2 logos. One logo comes in 3 different colors so you can use which ever you want for your design. The Keller Williams logo will be replaced later with a better resolution file later on.

    Dont do any fancy fonts as i want people to clearly read everything. I want this to be simple yet unique and informative. I do not want anyone looking at the sign for 10min and trying to figure out what it says. I also want a sign that nobody else has.

    The actual file needs to be very big 30x24inches but now you can just send me small copies. Also, add any random email, name or phone number. The winner will add the correct info and provide the huge file later. Logos can be downloaded here

    This is all done in Illustrator as scalable vector except for the SID logo. Do you have a vector file for that logo?

    Hey guys,

    I am sorry but i wont be able to leave feedback for everyone. As of right now i like #8 and #11 the most.
    I did forget to mention and thats for brainstormingin for reminding me. We need to add very small font " Each Keller Williams Realty Office os Independently Owned and Operated". It could be very small but it needs to be there. Thank you
