Contest $25 for a logo + sales page layout (no html needed) - 3 DAYS!

I am looking for someone to create a logo and a sales page layout for a new, hot, Internet Marketing product.

The product itself consists of both video, text material and software and both the logo and the page should reflect mainly aggressiveness (it will be a very aggressive and to-the-point system).

The logo should:
* Have two colour-versions: one for black background, the other one for white;
* Include the product's name, which is [THE INTERNET MARKETING ABCDEFGHI'S GUIDE] (note that I have replaced one word with ABCDEFGHI - this is the most important word of the name and should be emphasized - it will be replaced later when talking to the winner in private). Note that the lenght of the secret word (9 characters + 's) is correct.

The sales page layout should consist of the following images:
- A PST of the header image that includes the logo / product name
- A separate PST of an image (or alternatively font info) for a section heading
- A separate PST of an image (or alternatively font info) for a subheading

How big should the logo be ?

 

The exact dimensions don't matter as long as I can resize it but let's say it needs to be big enough to use it as the main feature of a 250x250 banner.

Even though there's a few things I would change instantaneously (the background colour being the first), I think your design has a great chance in the competition.

Luckily, I have a pretty good imagination so in order for me to pick the winner, the entry doesn't have to be EXACTLY what I want I know how easy it is to change things like colour and text angle so there's a fair chance that I'll pick a design that isn't 100% what I'm looking for and change it a bit by myself.

By the way - I'll throw all of you another bone - if your design is truly good and you're a freelance designer then I'll give your details to all buyers of the system. Among hundreds of other topics, the system will talk about product design and I want to provide its users with the contact details of the best.
