I will pay $25 for the work that most closely matches the following.
This should be simple and quick for a skilled toonist.

    I need three images.

One will be a label that faces customers. It needs to be eye-catching, but have a rich, purple background and feel to it.
Present Dr. Bones in his full-body. Make him skinny. I don't care what clothing he has - be creative. Make him posed like he
is presenting his newest concoction - this product.
    " DR. BONES' "
    " MOST MAGNIFICIENT BLEND!"

Any alternative ideas that include those words and the character will be greatly appreciated.

The next two images are actually both part of the same image.

I need, in a perfect circle with a yellow/orange background that isn't blinding bright, but is definitely one of the light colors in the room, Dr. Bones' face, staring right at the customers.
He needs to be our "Ronald McDonald" character. Think "Dr. Doolittle" and "Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium" or "Willy Wonka" or the characters who love children in old musicals.
    Jolly, happy people.

Dr Bones is a Saturday-morning cartoon-like-feel, simple cartoon that is easily reproducible on a variety of mediums (not too complex) that is a mad scientist with gray, looks-like-he's-just-been-electrocuted
hair, smiling that jolly, happy grin that shows how "high he is" in "his own, jolly, carefree world" and also reminds everybody of the joy he makes everyone feel when he is around. Happy, happy, high-on-life, jolly, smiley.
He must be wearing glasses that are filled with rainbow spirals like he is in a daze and crazy, but jolly and colorful. Don't let his eyes be visible underneath.

That is the first part of the image. The second part is a glow-in-the-dark figure that will take the place of this jolly character when the lights go out. Make an appropriately filled evil, sinister looking, very unique and rememberable, but simple and easily made into a glow-in-the-dark shape, skull. Have the skull be very clearly DR BONES by the band around his forehead with the big silver disc that doctors always wear (I forget what it is). This is a dual-logo. Jolly, Dr Bones who appeals to the child in all of us. And evil, glow-in-the-dark Dr Bones when the sun goes down.

I will give bonuses to especially impressive work.
