In terms of the logo, I'm looking for something different in terms of the text style. I dont want anything to artsy with the letters like what you have done with the E on the last one.

Take a look at a couple of logos that I like. Not necessary the color scheme,etc.. but they have the style, professionalism, the type of branding potential that I like

Lets' move the slogan over to the right just a bit. Then let's try to go with on solid blue for the entire name that matches with the darker blue on the site..
