I have signed up with your hosting by the way. If my proxy network picks up well, I will continue with the hosting.
I have also signed up, and will be reviewing this service. Id like to know what happened with the sale. You cant set up a hosting service, and then sell it. People sign up because YOU are the owner. If you sell it, then everyone of your clients is entitled to a refund..
Companies and businesses get bought and sold all the time. From my understanding, you signed up with the company, not the owner. So, no refund is necessary as long as the new owner abides by the rules of the contract.
Unfortunately it does, the Ioncube proxy script is horribly inefficient, it loves to suck CPU like there is no tomorrow. thewird
Sometimes companies are sold to bigger companies in the same business and this makes it get better not worse. why would anyone stop using a service when it changes management ? Did anyone stop using youtube after Google bought it ? What you really should care is the service quality no matter who is the owner nor who is the one giving you support as long as you are satisfied Just making a point here. And for Ioncube, yes it is
Yup I appreciate that, I was just curious. I searched this thread, and it has been mentioned but no answer found. I am using the glype proxy, but facebook.com doesnt load at all, and msn.com + yahoo.com both give generic cpanel no website lander pages. Any idea why/ways to fix? Thanks
Hello, I loaded those sites on a proxy on the server without problems so I'm not sure if it's script issue. You can open a ticket with your domain and I will check it. However, if you see cpanel/apache page this is why DNS didn't propagated yet on your end. you joined today I think ?
Ordering process is completely automated so you should have received your cpanel account details into your inbox right after payment or else look into junk mail folder.
Just make sure you mark our email address as safe so you get future notifications right into the inbox
Havnt noticed any problems so far with my hosting. There has been no downtime for ME personally. I will setup some monitoring software to hoefully confirm this. Only problem I have found is the cpanel access which is at domain.com:2082 At my college :2082 domains are banned, and thus I cannot access my cpanel here. It would be great if there was another option. For the price, awesome! Support is great too. Good JOB
This is due to restrictions in your college but you can try this serverip/cpanel domain.com/cpanel You can at last try a proxy
I went ahead with Tech Entrance a week or so ago after some pondering to relaunch my proxy network. The price is slightly higher for the amount of bandwidth but I am impressed with the support so fast. As a fussy client, I contact tech support often. Their replies so far are fast and usually get back to me within an hour or even less. The account set up is quick and nothing to complain about. My only complaint would be for Tech Entrance to allocate more bandwidth for the price it is giving. It is good but the prices are rather high. It would be good to see the bandwidth allocation go up a bit.
Thanks a lot. Currently there are no plans to give more bandwidth for the price. Our biggest plan gives 100GB bandwidth (metered by cpanel) while actually it counts +300GB on the switches. We are trying not to overload the servers and at some point if a client needs huge bandwidth then VPS/Dedicated will be the way to go. sign up process is completely automated and account details are sent to your email right after payment. I think you got that already. Welcome to Tech Entrance Hosting guys
I am pleased with my hosting package and setting up of my website with Tech Entrance also. He moved my site for free. Thank you.
