Contest 25$ - Design and CSS on a NinjaForm form

    Hello,

    i have a small web form that i've made with ninja forms: http://imgur.com/6THxitv

    1 - you need to have experience with ninjaforms.
    2 - You will not have access to my site.
    3 - Design the form on ninjaform so we dont have any problems of compatibility
    4 - What i want is a professional and inviting form so user feel invited to fill the form.

    You should provide me with a preview below of how the form will be.

    When i select the winner what should be provided is the CSS of every field on the form so i can apply it.

    Can do it within 2 hours, have done a lots of ninjaforms.
    Can I do in english and you change the texts ?
