Redbullrocks yours is really good as it is an improvement on what I had,
MrPeters – really like your face, teeth and mouth but this cannot be used as an avatar in its current format as people will be dressing up in this outfit and there is no legs, would you make character into a full image?

Avi – thanks for your entry, I love the concept of the goggles and swimming costume, would you create into a full image so we can see the leg part.

hi MrPeters thanks for your updated version, he is really cool - love the legs, flippers and hands but he looks scared like in a panic, and this will be used as a friendly mascot to encourage small children to swim, can you make him look more friendly please, thanks

 

I think the teeth and the big mouth caused the more paniced look
Removed the teeth and resized the mouth

 

Changed the eyes, mouth and position of the hands
