    Here's some more feedback. At this stage I am waiting for my friend to reply so I can be more specific, but in the meantime these are my thoughts:

    contestant: thank you for the entries. They both look good.

    creativediva: definitely an improvement and looking better

    IM3D: good to see you again and thanks for the entry. Looks good and I also like the font you used

    meriang: thank you for the entry. Looks good but I think the icon is a little overpowering and appears to take up too much space. Still, it is a pleasant design.

    Viktor Mojr: thanks for the entries. They both look good to me but I have to wait and see what my friend says. Personally, while I like the drawing lines I would have made them a little more faded (or used a weaker colour) because right now the logo appears a little too busy.

    onlyfights: good to see you again and thanks for entering. To me they all look good and I am just waiting for my friend's feedback. BTW, one of my all time favorite designs I got here at DP was done by you (a mini banner red and white for a Christmas promotion).

    Sai Raghu: thanks for the entry. It looks good but I think it is a little too busy.

    Ok guys, here comes the feedback from my friend. After all I am doing the logo for him. One thing I now realize I should have mentioned from the beginning is that his business also does 3D printing so he would like something some type of an icon or element that symbolizes 3D printing.

    The three entries he likes the best so far are:

    @me2_me2 #26: Please change the spanner to something to do with 3D printing

    @SGDESIGNS #7: he likes your entry but doesn't like the arrows. He is wondering if you can do something about the arrows though he is not sure what to suggest because he is not a graphic designer but he doesn't like the arrows.

    @meriang #18: could you please include something that represents 3D printing.

    It is up to you guys if you want to do the changes above, but these are the three designs he is considering the most and obviously the ones he likes best and considers most appropriate for his business.
