Buying $25 comparing script CSV/PHP

I need a php page/script which is importing his info in a database:

A Cronjob which downloads an online product.CSV file twice a day and
imports the info in an database: at 00:30 AM and at 11:30 PM


The file's should be comparing 2 (stock)values which are in the same column(D)
By using the article numbers (Column B). It is about the difference
between these stockvalues.


Display / output:
I need an online php site/page where i can do the following:
Search by date (every day all info should be safed in a database)
Search by articlename(Column C)
Search by articlenumber(Column B)

The articlenumber, the article name and the difference of the
stockvalues should be displayed. Check example at sloephuren.net/databasefile.png


I can supply an online FTP to work on and the online .csv address.
Can you do this for $25 and start right away? Looking forward hearing
from you soon.
