$25 Comp. Looking For Improvments to Current

I am looking for improvements for it, as in better header/logo/
background and what ever you can think off.

Whoever can improve me website the most will get $25.

If i am really impressed I will give $50 as in better layout all together.

I would like the it to be web 2.0 clean simple and sleek.

Also I am offering $15 for a good ecover.
