Buying $25 Business Card Contest. Logo provided inside

    Please design a nice looking business card (front and back)

    It should have (use fake ones for now)
    an address
    name of the dentist
    phone number
    website
    tag line instead of the green line if you can think of a good one (maybe even "smile better" will do)
    The back should be white background and maybe some kind of watermark of the logo with a space to write:
    Appointment date and time. And maybe patient name.

    The contest will run about 3 days.

    At the end I will give you the original PSD of the logo, and the real info for you to input.

    I will need the PSD as well as the font files you used if they are not standard.

    Payment is via paypal.
