Contest $25 + Bonus Logo Contest - Engineering Company

$35 logo contest with a bonus. Name of company is SEH Automation, in the engineering field. Looking for a professional logo, not too web 2.0ish. Also needs to transfer on print well. Don't have any colors in mind so open to ideas Here's a little of what I'm looking for;

1. Electro – mechanical nature of the work that's done..

2. A gear to represent the mechanical and a binary ring the logic.

Also if a slogan can be added it's; "Customized Automated Solutions". Slogan is not required, I'm mainly looking for the logo but if it looks good then that would be great.

chlopzmazur - A little too web 2.0ish, looking for a gear in it as well.
Influ - Would look a lot better if the parts were just in color instead of gradient.
bakerbaker - Like the gear, maybe make it silver? Looks very good if colors are changed a bit.
