This contest will end at 7 pm EST September 3rd, 2007 with the winner being announced within 4 hours after the deadline. I am offering $25 to the best design for a billboard that uses the logo I have attached. The winning design will also receive my signature link for 3 months. This design is to be used on a rectangular billboard in two sizes. 10 foot x 24 foot and 14 foot x 48 ft. (Please keep that in mind when designing your artwork) It is for a radio station that plays college type music with an occasional look back to the 80's 90's and popular songs of today. You can use real pictures or make these more of a cartoon feel, whatever you like doing best. Here are some ideas that I have in mind: The billboard could be a picture of a woman standing in front of her closet trying to pick an outfit. The clothing/accessories in the closet would represent different genres of music and the slogan would be: No matter what...The Sound has you covered. OR It could be different ethnic individuals from every backround to represent the different genres of music the station plays. These people could all be plugged into the Logo or formatted around the logo in someway. With the slogan: Get down with the Sound OR Feel free to come up with your own catchy slogan no longer than 8 words to be added to the logo attached and make your own billboard design. The above are just a few ideas that came to me maybe you can come up with something even better.
