    I want Header for a community site with following background. name of site should eb "College Community".

    I will pay 25$ via paypal only. I dont have any other payment option. I do not want animated header.

    please do not work for him... as he has not paid me for the work he got from me yet :( I wasted my so many hours. I am not adding negative trade for him, thinking that may b he has some issues. He has not replied any of my PMs.
