$25 banner and wordpress theme recommendation

This is a contest for a wordpress theme recommendation and banner to go with it for my Free Real Estate Listing Blog. It looks pretty sad right now.

I like the wordpress themes that allow for lots of 125x125 button ads.

it should be a great theme with some simple tweaks.

Thank you all for the submissions. I would like to stick to the white, red and light grey colors. The dark grey themes do not go with the website the blog represents (http://www.publicrealty.org)

I like it ... but can you do this... instead of the public realty logo, can you put the sign in front of the house to the left of the realtor?

Honestly, I am really looking for something more simple. One nice picture of a house or property in the banner with my website name mixed in would work. I am really just looking for simple and crisp.

If this theme Ardit suggested were not dark grey, I would really like it. This one may even win just based on the picture in the theme. I might just have to make some changes to get it to white red and dark grey. http://test.wpthemesfree.com/?preview_theme=real-estate-10

I like this one also. I really like the great house pictures in the banner. Are there any themes with a red, white and light grey theme?
