Here is Feb stuff

 

Feb traffic seems to indicate a more realistic revenue stream, which I think subtracting the outliers for accuracy, this site should conservatively bring in 12-15 a month as if and probably be valued at $150 top end of range. I know there's potential....but there's always potential, $150 seems reasonable based on current earnings.

 

I edited this because I realize that I came off as an ass. Thanks for your opinion, if you don't want the site then please dont bid. About the lowest offer I am willing to accept is $180

 

I don't want to argue because I actually think what you have done is good and has potential. But I think based on the number you provided, today's earnings shouldn't be that much. I put a bid in because that's about the top range I'm willing to go based on today's earnings, but $225 BIN based on the daily average taking out the random huge spike from a couple days ago, seems to high a price.

 

I was basing it on January overall earnings, rankings have bounced around slightly which has lead to the downward trend. I did some more link building this week in hopes to pop it back up. Again, I had $225 as the bin, I am willing to accept an offer at $180, which I don't feel is completely unreasonable.
