Hello, I'm glad you like it and here's the answers to your questions: . GameStop is just text, and I guess the red makes it similar. Please check the thumb below (used different color schemes): *any colors can be used. I can provide .PNG format as well, so you'll have a transparent background and place the logo on any background. And yes. I can even help with the colors of the logo in case you change your website color scheme. Hope this clarifies it. Best regards, mrEdesign.
@jackieh179 - I like these. The second one is better. I will consider this as one of my final picks. Feel free to try and make it better if you wish. @thelebeau - This looks better on one line and this is one of my favorites so far. At this point in time, there is only one other submission that I like better than this one! So you are in 2nd place right now. Two things... #1. Can we put the ".com" up on the same line at the end of "GamersThrone" and keep the ".com" the same size it is now or just a tiny bit larger? #2. Can we change the green coloring to a red color? ...lets see how that looks! @hazard - Much better than your first entry! This will be considered as one of my final picks. Feel free to try and make it better if you wish. mrEdesign is the edge over you right now.
This is nice. I like how you made the "M" a video game controller! It's a bit plain though and a little too small. I think with a little more creativity this could be included in my final picks. As of right now this is still my favorite entry, but it still hasnt convinced me 100%. First, I like the yellow and even the grey colors better than the red because it doesnt look so much like GameStop anymore. I had a look at your portfolio and the MusikkFreakDotNo logo that you did caught me eye. I think I like the red filled border around it. Can we try that on this one? Also, one more request. Can we try another one exactly the way it is now, but add a cord to the controller and do something cool with it? I have included a screenshot so you can see what I'm thinking of. Here: http://i41.tinypic.com/18c948.jpg Maybe you could run the cord from the back of the controller out to the font of the text like how I have it and then run it back through the text behind it for a little bit and then have it pop back out in front of something creative like that.
The contest will end TONIGHT in approx. 12 hours from now. Feel free to get your final entries in before then. @thelebeau - Yes, I like this even better!! Looks great on one line and in red! Thank you. I will consider this as one as my final picks. @NemesisQaine - I left you feed back on page 1. Check post #16. @jackieh1791 - Another good one! I will consider this as one of my final picks.
@mrEdesign - These are great! They will be included in my final picks. @mrEdesign - Even better! @thelebeau - Very nice. Another logo that will be included in my final picks. Thank you.
First, I'd like to thank everyone who took part in this contest and submitted an entry. There were many submissions that I thought were very good. My final 4 picks were between mrEdesign, thelebeau, hazard and jackieh1791. All four of these were very impressive!! After reviewing these final 4 picks I had to narrow it down to the final two, which where this one and this one. Deciding between these two was the hardest decision I've had to make regarding my website to date. I love how thelebeau made the "A" look like an "A" button from a video game controller... very original! But overall, I think MrEdesign's logo makes a better website logo. Therefore, I am proud to announce that the winner of this contest is MrEdesign! Congrats! Again, I would like to thank everyone who took part in this. There were many impressive entries and this was not an easy decision for me! You guys are all great and I will save your contact info because I will need one more logo in the near future and I will contact you first before posting another contest! See you next time...
Thanks for the well-run contest! I can speak for all of us designers that we appreciate the contests run like yours! It makes the process worthwhile indeed. Congrats MrE!
