Hey everyone! I need a minisite designed. Not for profit, but for providing some free fan material and stuff related to a site that I am in the progress of setting up hence why I am offering $25.00 since I could do it myself if I had the time but I would rather host a contest and see some creative talent. Okay what I need is for you to get any really awesome minisite that already exists. Of course you can do one from scratch but that may take longer Then change colours of the existing minisite to match the Banner etc. you will be creating. Since the minisite is to offer something free, there is no copyright infringement and therefore you can use any images associated with the FanSite Kit for World of Warcraft. Take a look at World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King and get the fan site kit here: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/wrath/downloads.xml Code (markup): I like images of the death knight arthas etc. (Prince Arthas is just sooo awesome!) Anyway, in the fansite kit you get buttons and other extra things etc. Will help you in your creations. For the footer I would like the following website mentioned: Copyright ©2009 www.warcraft-themes.com Code (markup): I would like the banners be easy to change. So if I wanted to change the banner in future, it won't be hard to just create a new one and just upload it into the place of the current one. So overall I need Header, Footer, Background Image, 1 Ecover graphic, Opt-in box and Buttons. Header- No need to spoil the header with unnecessary words, but you can say "Exclusive Freebie" Footer- as stated above just the copyright info. Background Image: www.warcraft-themes.com Code (markup): should display as the background. Ecover graphic...here I just need the same design really that reflects the header, and leave space on the front for me to add text. I will convert it into different sizes ecovers, so I just need a flat graphic really. It needs to be really large and good quality. A good portion needs to be left open for text on this graphic. Opt-in box: Can be simple or with an image. Up to you. It should have: Name Email Code (markup): and the text somewhere saying: We respect your privacy and will under no circumstance share your info with the Alliance, the Horde or any entity in this world. Code (markup): Buttons- Need one big button designed and then just resized to different sizes. 500 x 500 pixels, 300 x 300, 250 x 250 and 125 x 125 (the same graphic just different sizes) And that is it! If you have any questions let me know. You can choose your own colours, but look at fansite kit and some wallpapers to get ideas if you must. Like the Death Knight wallpaper sometimes uses nice blues, white and black etc. Surprise me. If I like it a lot I will be working with you in the near future again. I would need the psd's for the banner and ecover since I need to add text to it. I have the right to terminate the contest if I find something or if I feel that no designs meet my requirements. Hey Sarah, It's great that you have made a very detailed post of exactly what you want but the problem is that the price is just very very low. You won't receive many/any entries for this price because it's just hardly worth it for the designer to bother. Even though it's way below the going rate, this kind of work sells for $50+ here on DP. Well personally I don't mind giving this contest a try. Since someone might want to do it. I know some people may consider it low, but if I can take an existing minisite and just add a banner, some text and then use one main graphic to do ebooks and stuff then I am sure others can. I don't expect people to reinvent the wheel. Just take an existing minisite, slightly modify it and then do the rest. There is really nothing to it. In the end I can only try. This minisite isn't for profit so I can exactly shell out a ton of money for something I am not making money with. Actually there is guy I was consider using here in DP forums since he charges $29.97 or something along those lines for a custom made minisite. So I looked at him and was very tempted since he delivers damn good quality. Then I decided I would host the contest for $25.00 His thread can be found here and to be honest if I don't get someone entering here then I will probably go to him or just do it myself. Except his is custom and has been doing it for long on this forum. I have been following him for a while and think he is great.
