24k Weight - How many ads should I be using for one site?

I have 24k in my campaign and am now worried that if all the weight is on just a few ads going to one site that it might do more damage than good.

The perfect answer for my question may not be available but how many sites should I be sticking in my ads and how many ads per site to get a nice legitimate amount of mixed BL's?

Theirs no magic number, generally the newer the site and fewer inbound links it has, the less you want to add at once. If you want to try avoiding any penalties you're going to want to start small and gradually increase.

I would agree... if you're site is old and has a lot of industry related content already.. and some good natural backlinks.. then go ahead and point all 24k to the index page.. os split it between the index and a few subpages.

If it's a new site, I would rather rent out the adspace until you're fully out of the sandbox.

I presumed so, just thought I'd check but is 24k a reasonable amount for a site created (and logged with archive.org) around jan 04 (a bad time for G) or am I just gong to kill it?

It appears to be loosing positions since the jagger and now I have more weight and am unsure about what to do! lol

That's a hard call. I've seen sites from 04 drop recently due to what seems as excessive and rapid linking. All my sites which are doing fine are pre-2000, and DMOZ listed with good content.
