All of these have already been researched as far as what keywords they are going after, and have been built specifically to make money off buyer traffic, by ranking for it in Google and the other SEs.

They all have great potential and don't need much work to make good money. Basically, many of them were actually already on page 1 for many keywords before penguin, but I just don't have time to look after them all. All have either PR1 or PR2 already, and obviously have been promoted.

They have all been indexed in Google and the other search engines for over 2 years now, so they're not going anywhere.

Some of the sites could have content improved, and a few minor tweaks.
