Contest [24-hr Contest] - I need three banners created for event - $75 for all three

I need to have three banners created to promote an upcoming fundraiser for a nonprofit I am working with. The sizes are:

Leaderboard: 728x90 pixels - 72dpi - file size 40kb or less
Banner #2: 120x320 pixels - 72 dpi - file size: 35kbs or less
Banner #3: 556x80 - 72 dpi - file size: 40kbs or less

Attached is a spec sheet for the artwork. It also has a copy of the event's logo.

Feedback will be provided to all submissions. We have a tight turnaround as the marketing campaign starts Monday. All entries must be sumbitted by 11am EST Sunday Oct 28th, 2012. Please try to keep the same design elements with all three banners as they will be running on the same website www.ColumbusUnderground.com.

Target audience for the banners is young professionals 21-45-yrs old.

I have had a couple of people PM to ask for more guidance about what to add to the banners. We are open. I have attached the promo flyer we have been using to give you an idea of what we have been doing offline.
