    I need an optin box designed for my website.

    @jags2ooo unless your understanding of a website and an optin box is different from mine NO, I am not asking for a website layout. Please future reference do read the post and checkout the examples provided.
    Nevertheless may be it might be confusing the way its worded , but in effectively i am not asking for a layout.
