In order to get Adsense fast you need to have a simple page with unique content. Your website should have existed for a while and has generated enough content, not 5 posts in the last three hours. Give your website some time, work on the content, allow google search engine to eat your blog and then apply for adsense. The way I see it, when people apply their websites are ranked using some kind of criteria and the sites with greater content, traffic get priority. I had to wait about a week to get my blog approved for adsense. My friend had a news website which was updated daily and he got he's approved within two days.
