We are looking for a talented individual to join our current team of Talented Designers. What we are looking for is SKILL not someone that can take a template and modify it. So we have set out this challenge to find the right individual to meet our needs. So here is the challenge: Design a Hair salon site, you are to use black as your background and get creative from there. The company name that you will be using is Bravo Hair Design, there is no logo in place so you can either come up with one to work into the design or use some sort of text to make it look proper. We are mainly looking for creativity so please make sure all designs entered are professional and creative looking. Upon completion of the contest a winner will be chosen and that winner will be offered a full time position within our company and will also receive a $40 Bonus Via Paypal for the contest design. Our Company designs and develops as many as 50 Company Web Sites per week and we currently house a team of 3 designers. We are looking to expand our area again so our weekly site quota will most likely double so there will always be full time work in place. This position is listed as contract work to start, this meaning that you will be able to choose from a list of jobs available within the company database and all jobs will have a set price. There is a 3 month probationary period that you will be required to pass before your position turns from contract to hourly, after this probationary period is up you will be fully employed within the company.
