:hi: Here are my entry would appreciate a feedback can show variations in color if asked for !! Thanks, Krossat
Here are a few that stand out to me right now, that I like: I love how professional this one looks. Very brandable. Could we experiment with a few different colors though? I'm not too big on the light yellowish-orange. This one caught my eye, but could we make both words the same font, and maybe a more professional font? Also could we offset the gauge a bit so it doesn't blend with the text so much? And did you make that gauge, or is there other licensing to worry about? I really like the direction you're going with this one, but could you make the right side of the V that becomes the needle the same color? Don't separate them like you did... just extend the V up into the gauge. Also, I'd remove the black lines above and below the text, and remove the fade on the letters. Basically, I like your idea with the V becoming the needle, but the rest of the logo needs a little tweaking to look professional. Thanks guys!
Hey The gauge is 100% from scratch so nothing to worry about there. I will play around with fonts, both sides are actually the same font I just added some lines to the left side for effect. Am currently re-arranging my office so hopefully I have time to make the changes before you close it - when is it over?? Wish I had photoshop on the laptop now! Cheers, Davey.
Thanks for the feedback, komodo. I'll be happy to make the changes for you, although won't be able to do it til this evening. If you can keep the contest open til say 6 or 7pm EST, I'll post a revised entry. Thanks much!
I'm going over a few designs with my partner, but no decision has been made yet. Thanks guys. Feel free to keep submitting. I'll end the contest at 2am EST tonight. Thanks!
Oh, I like this one a lot. A lot of potential. Could we try with the whole word "REV" in the same color, not just the right side of the V? Basically, just the normal word with the V extended up into the tachometer. Also, could we make the 3 lines on the left a little less bold? Thanks.
Ah, thank you very much. Do you also think we could try a revision with a single needle and maybe one or two motion lines? Thanks.
