Hey all, This competition will run for exactly 24 hours - it will end at midnight 8th May UK time. What I need is three images: * A cover design for an eBook (2D - to be used as the book's title page) * A cover design for a CD that ships with the book (2D - to print on CDs) * An image that includes both the cover (in 3d) and the CD on top of it, to be included on the sales page etc. Look at this one for a rough example of the placement: http://coveractionspremium.com/images/transcriptreport-audiocd.jpg Here are the details: * Name of the product: K i l l e r F l i p p i n g S e c r e t s (no spaces obviously) * Sub-title (OPTIONAL): The Ultimate Guide to Website Flipping * Authors: Bryan O'Neil & Thomas Smale * CD Title: K i l l e r F l i p p i n g S e c r e t s CD - Top Tips, toolbox and more. If you turn out to be the winner, I will ask you to provide me with: * An original version of the images (PSD for 2d, the 3d image can be in any format) * jpg files of the 3 images, one of which has its background colour changed to that of DP threads. IMPORTANT! Please post your submissions right here on the thread, as I will not be the only person reviewing the work and it would be a huge hassle to send PMs back and forth. Feel free to watermark the images. I'm going to be online from approximately 4pm UK time onwards - from then on I will start updating the thread, letting everybody know who is currently 'leading the race' and giving suggestions if necessary. At exactly midnight, we will close the competition and decide the winner during the following 24 hours. Cheers, Bryan

Two things: * There's only 4 hours until the end of the contest so get your submissions in ASAP * In case any moderators stumble across this thread, my apologies for posting it in the design section rather than in contests. I must have had either a temporary brainfart or gone blind for a minute, but I simply couldn't find/see the contests section when I posted the thread, even though I knew it existed (and have used it before)! Sorry..
Looks good! Although I would require a few slight changes (such as choosing a different front - the ones used is more suitable for a computer game than for an e-course ), you'll be declared the winner in case no better submissions show up To those who have not submitted their work yet - perhaps try to make it look a little bit more 'relaxed' than the one above. While the word 'killer' implies on blood, weapons etc. it's not necessary to have those elements as it will be a rather high-end coaching product. Also - to those who aren't aware, 'flipping' refers to website flipping, i.e. buying and selling websites. Keep this in mind when developing the cover Cheers, Bryan EDIT: Also, the colour doesn't necessarily have to be black, or dark for that matter. It would be interesting to see at least one entry that uses the colours used on http://flippingnetwork.com/ as the product will be closely connected to that site.
if you have time more,i will changes for you.... cause you said....this contest will be closed after 4 hours... please tell me... thanks
@lilianchen: Sure. I'll only ask you to make changes once I've decided 100% that you win - and if you can do the changes by tomorrow afternoon (uk time) it will be completely fine. Nothing major needed, just perhaps a font change etc. For now, you're doing pretty good as you're the only contestant
@vaibhavmeswani: Now THAT is what I call a large resolution, lol. But sorry, I've already declared lilianchen as the winner since the deadline was met and I'm a man of my word. Cheers though, Bryan
