    We are running a contest for an improved/better looking Logo and background image. We want to use our new ‘Gatorwire’ Brand and text GatorWire (one word) in the design. GatorWire is an online electronics/cable/wire warehouse company. My target is Aimed at 25-40 year age group. While the old logo is good, I feel it’s time for a change to something that’ll grab you and help create a gator brand image.

    We are looking for a Modern, contemporary image, with clean lines. Attached is the current logo we are working with which has an HDMI cable going thru it. However, because we have branded gator cables I would like to see an alligator incorporated into the design. Maybe, the HDMI cable head is morphing into the gator image or incorporate the gator tail w/ cable. Colors we are thinking to use are Light Green, black and white but we are open to suggestions.

    We would love to see your ideas.

    We are not a big fan of silly cartoon type alligators so I’m thinking along the lines of a GEGO type modern image.

    We need high quality work so please, not reusing the same images with a new font or a logo made in few minutes. This is not a $10 deal, if you logo is chosen you’ll received $50 and the possibility of future work.
    Final Proofs: The Main Logo should be 1024x768 Social Logo should be 640x640 both should be transparent and PNG, as well as PSD with layers intact.

    Entries: we'd like to see the entries with two png images on a white background, one 320x240 and the other 160x160.

    Thanks for the entry, I like the concept of the wire becoming the gator. But, I don't like the gator or logo inside a box. I would like to see something more unconvential or boxed in.

    On another note, I would be OK if you have to separate the name into two parts like GATOR WIRE if it helps you become more creative.

    # 8 I like the layout with the I being a HDMI cable and the G with the gator fin's. I'm not a fan of the alligator drawing and how it's in corporated in to the logo.
