Well it should be on monthly-based subscription... let say $9/month... but you must specify your support boundaries..

I would need this for software if you're going to offer it.
    You would need:

    1. Very good quality of English
    2. Very trustworthy (not only because you're dealing with customers, but you'll be accessing valuable information)
    3. Good knowledge / quick learner

If you have this, you may have your first client.

As for price, I'm not sure, it would really depend on how popular the service is so you'll know how much time you'll need to spend dealing with it.

You'll probably have more than 1 client per person, so 2 people working 12 hour shifts (24/7 between them) will provide 24/7 support for 3 or 4 different hosts simultaneously, right?

Before starting the service I want to get around ten clients. Then we can offer the service for much reasonable rates.Under $200 per month.

How all I can market this ?
Will Mailing the web hosting/software company admins help ?

What all companies else than web hosting/software firms I can target as clients ?

This reminds me of BrickworkIndia. You might want to check their website out. Just search for it via any search engine. I think they offer the same thing.
