    I have 2 sites for sale. The first is www.HondaFitForums.com. A forum for Honda Fit Owners. I came across the expired domain and got the names on auction with the intent to make it a forum of course. Paid about $100 each for the names. I did put it together however never advertised it, so it just is pretty much is parked there earning revenue. Makes $23 per month or so. I posted screen shots for the last 2 months.

    -Page Rank is 1 with a predicted 2 on the next update.
    -Traffic stats can be found here http://extremetracking.com/open?login=hondafit
    -I will also include domain name hondafitforum.com (no s after forums)
    -vBulletin owned license is included $160 value as you all know.
    -Decent traffic, but forum is stagnant. Needs a enthusiastic owner. Otherwise let it sit and earn revenue.


    Looking for a good offer obviously 12 x monthly revenue as it is consistent + vbulletin license and domain names. Offer me a reasonable offer.

    A site with a script so you can easily download the .flv files for offline viewing. A good site as sometimes there are videos you want to save that may not be posted on your next visit. Asking $25.
