Buys services receives hits and then threatens to leave an negative itrader if i dont refund him.Thats just abuse. just read the entire transcript and then he says this "ok if you dont refund me within next 24hrs i am leaving you negative itrader and negative response on your thread alongwith a screenshot of this message of yours hope you enjoy that as none will ever buy any bulletin from you after then because you are scamming everyone out here" Unreasonable.
