as far as the align-left and align-justify. I get what you are saying, but the font's wordspacing was actually that big. So i changed the size of the spaces. Does it look better like this? Or should I pick a new font for the sub title?

rochow, I have held many contests here for other sites. I don't "rip" anything from anyone.

Your basic approach is good, but the light aqua/white text combination does not work well. It's a bit light for my taste. Everything is just really light. It needs more contrast to make it easier to read. I don't like the cyan blue parts or the green menu.

I do like how you placed the logo in the bottom-right of the footer, as well.

2. I'd like to see you move each of the "people" in the back row UP and OUTWARDS a little, just enough to reveal all of the text on the signs and uncover a little more of each of their "bodies."

1. Please move the two guys in the background a little higher, so that the bottoms of the "7" and "P" have a bit of separation from the top of the "PQ 10" sign.

2. Move "PQ 7" guy a little to the left. Move "PQ 4" guy a little to the right. Then, align all 3 guys perfectly. (Right now, you can see that "PQ 10" guy is not centered perfectly.)
