• All of the domains are registered at fabulous. (See the whois links above for specifics.)
• All of the sites are over 1 year old
• Many of these domains are valuable by themselves for keyword value - ChronicBodyOdor.com, Hangover-Remedies.com, SunburnRelief.org, etc...
• All of the content is 100% unique and the copyright of the articles transfers to the new owner.
• The admin management script uses a template system so you can easily change the look/ad placement/etc of all of the sites at the same time. Some basic PHP/HTML experience is required though.
• Each site is currently set up as add-on domains based in the minisitedaemon.com CPanel account, so if you're using CPanel I can provide a backup file that would take literally minutes to set up on your server.
• I've not posted traffic logs because it would take me all day to do each individual one. I will answer any questions you may have though, and am willing to provide admin access to verify my statements upon escrow deposit if escrow is used.
• This script is great for parking your domains with adsense (all you need to do is spend a couple of bucks on an article for the content, or use PLR for free). It also has the benefit of making your parked domains look like real sites in the eyes of search engines (instead of parked pages) so you can age them past any new-site filters (like the sandbox) for later development into larger sites.
• Winning bidder recieves all rights to the script - you can develop it into a domain parking system or resell it, whatever you want.

How many domains do you currently have parked at SEDO or other parking services? How much more money would you be making if you parked them using this script and earned your cash through adsense? Interest script, looking at the screenshot of the Admin area for editing a particular website, how would someone add more then 8 pages? Or is that the max per domain?

 

Currently 8 pages is the max per domain, but it would be very easy to modify the script to hold more. As an additional note, when adding a new site, you also have to add it as an add-on domain in CPanel before it will work - this script doesn't do that automatically.

The pages themselves are held in a mysql DB.

What is the source of the traffic? Search engines?

 

Most of the network's traffic right now is going to two of them:
ChiggerBites.org had 1800 uniques in Sept, 1100 of which came from Google.
FruitFlies.org had 1086 uniqies in Sept, 914 of which came from Ask Jeeves.
Just a little bit of unique content really makes a difference.

This really underscores the value of the parking script that comes with this sale. How much money do you think these domains would have earned if they were parked at SEDO?

How much easier would it be to convert any one of them into a larger site, given that they already have search engine listings and traffic?

How many domains do you have that could be making 10x their current income with a script like this?
