    I am sorry if I am barking the wrong tree here but if I am not mistaken, putting "ebay" in the domain name is not allowed or am i just being thick and I must have read that post in my sleep...!

    I dont see why it would be a prob. There is tons of other sites useing the name ebay in them and they didnt get in trouble for it.

    According to page 22 of the official eBay marketeers handbook you can not use ebay in this respective manner within the domain:

    "You may not use "eBay" or "Bay" (regardless of the letter case) as part of your company name, your trade name (if different from official company name), our house brand or your domain name."

    Ironic that it is mentioned on the 22page and your site is 22 pages :)
