    Sorry, that is a typo!

    There was no PR update in March!

    It was a blacklink update that he had missed. I emailed him yesterday about it and he must have misread it, letting him know now.

    In March many people complained their PR gone down, mine too (from Pr4 to PR3 ). I guess this was some adjustment, but no update yet.
