This contest has 2 parts: Part 1 for $12: I'm looking for a logo which will go where the Hyperlinked text title is on my new site: http://cheapassairsoftguns.com it's 900 px width and 180 height Points to remember: - It's an airsoft site, so include guns/gear type pics as a sort of theme to the logo. - It needs to fill the space, not just a little logo with a load of black space. - - It MUST read “Cheap-Ass Airsoft Guns†with those capitalizations and the hypen. Part 2, for $8: This is for an image or set of images that will replace the current banner image of holiday locations. It should be of airsoft guns, equipment, explosions, people shooting and all that sort of thing and should fit with the logo at the top. This needs to be 900x115 You can enter just one part or both if you like. If you enter both and I chose your designs for both parts I will give a $2 bonus, so try to make them match! Winner will be paid via PayPal. There is no deadline, but if I see one I fall in love with I wont wait for others.
I don't think 45 minutes is enough time to conclude that nobodies interested mate, give it time. Serious though, a $2 bonus, not gonna be a major incentive for most designers on here. $22 dollars would normally get you a reasonable logo alone on here, so asking for a whole set of images too. I personally think $20 is reasonable for the logo, and another 15-20 for the images.
eh, people work for dirt cheap on DP, I'm sure they will show up soon. Personally, I agree with Speno... you're askin a lot for only $20.
i guess it just depends on how long people take on the logo, i could knock one up in 10 minutes, and £11 for 10 minutes work is a pretty good return, but some poor sod might spend 4 hours on your logo, and get about £2.50 an hour for it, just doesn't seem right. i'm not having a go anyway, you might not have a lot of cash, if it was £22 then i'd be straight in there.
Thanks for your entry technoguy, but it needs to say "Cheap-Ass Airsoft Guns" You missed out the Ass and the hyphen. - it must be Cheap-Ass, not Cheap Ass I'm loving the cog thing on the G. Having a gun integrated would be better and perhaps a little more colour +flair. I've had another entry via a friend on IM... Ill ask him to post it here. keep them coming!

Here is my entry, its just black and white but I think it makes it look kind of dramatic. If you'd like to see more colors let me know though.

BTW I made a mistake specifying the sizes, but if you've already entered don't worry about it... unless your feeling really generous Part 1 should actually be this size: 900x115, which is exactly the same size as Part 2. Sorry for the mess up. It looks like it's too late for me to edit the original post...
You guys are making it really tough to chose. All the entries are really great. Luckily for me I don't need to decide just yet, as I'm waiting for Sean-Pollock entry. What would give one of you an advantage would be do Part 2 and make it match with Part 1, as well as resizing part 1 to be 900x115. I really need the logo to match well with the pictures in part 2... and for the logo/part 1 to be resized to 900x115... if no one does that, I'll still chose a winner of course.
technoguy, your entry is on a par with onixz100... the only thing that I want changing the size (because I specified it wrongly...), it needs to be 900x115. If you enter part 2, (which should also be 900x115), I am much more likely to use your design, because I want the pictures to match the style of the logo in part 1.
