As long as you follow Google terms and conditions for Adsense, then a sudden jump in adsense should not be taken as a surprise. Increase in CTR due to Template change can be possible due to better google ads placement. Anyway congrats!
When I changed up my layout, to a more polished professional look, my CTR went way up too, even though I didn't change much about the position of the ads. In this business appearance means a lot!
That is just too high.. even for a super optimize PROXY site where you don't even know what to do with the page lol... can you show us the template? Even the most adsense optimize wordpress template doesn't have that high CTR

In cases like this I always get a spark to change from blogger to wordpress themes. I think wordpress people have more freedom and more control over their blogs. Congrads man.
