hey, do you know what ads are being clicked you could try temporarly blocking the low paying ones and see if it rises.

 

your traffic may from some poor country dude.

 

this problem can be solves by reducing the number of ads given on a single web page.

 

I would seriously make a new blog and change your niche and do keyword research this time.

I usually get $0.20-0.65 per click and other people can even get higher.

Dont beat a dead horse just make a new blog good luck.

Your niche is low pay niche, mean the avertiser are paying very low bid
To increase the CPC, you need to study on the keyword which re paying little bit high and match to your topic, that's what you can do
