For sale is tiresreviewhq.com. I've done some backlinking and the site ranks Page 1 for 3 of its 9 keywords. The other 6 keywords are on Page 2 as shown in the Rank Tracker report below. As you can see from the report, the pages are moving up for these keywords.

This site is not banned by Adsense or anything like that. I am selling because I am gathering funds for another project. I would have kept it since it would have made for nice monthly passive income as the keywords move up.

But I can't wait another 1-2 months and I don't have the time to build more backlinks (which the new owner will need to do if he/she wants the site to rank top 3 for all 9 keywords). The new owner can also continue to make this an authority site for tire reviews, by adding more brands.
