I need money for my tuition fees. I need that by about Nov. 15. In actual I need £7950 + £5500. In USD it comes to around $21739.13. I am posting this because I was denied an education loan for frivolous reasons. I want to show the banker how stupid he is. (More bad words for him but this is a public forum)

I am also posting this because I know there are many other people like me around here. I guess they would want to follow up on what I am doing to raise that much of money and may be help themselves. May be they can pull themselves up too rather than complaining about what happened to them.

One disclaimer here. I may fail to raise this money as well. In that case too, people may learn from my mistakes. Also, I won't use any of the dirty tricks people use to raise money.

I will keep updating this thread with my "journal"

    Thanks for reading :)

P.S. if you don't like my thread here then please excuse

You can do writing work in your spare time. That can ease some of your burden. Check out the content creation section. Good luck!

One thing you can do is talk to the dean and possibly write a letter that you are in need of assistance. Believe it or not, some campuses provide grant assistance to students who are in need.

Actually, come to think of it. My university's financial aid office offered interest free short term loans. See if your univ. has some of that.

I feel your pain. I was in the same boat 2 years ago. It took me 2 years to save up 10 thousand, now I'm back at zero and 2 more years to go... ugh...

Like those before me have said, check with your school for grants for students in need. I was in the same boat a few years back and it got me over the hump. Good luck!

Raising over $20,000 in a month is really though. You should be looking for scholarships and student loans elsewhere first. Try talking to the financial aid department at your school.

    - I hope everything works out and you get that money for your school tuition.

    - Have you tried asking your Family and Friends for some help?
