    You know i stopped doing adsense stuff but i must say now that you gave it away and YahoO! starts noticing a lot of really crappy submissions (which will happen), they will take it away or do something so it won't work anymore

    yahoo has not taken your story. take a look on analytics image. All traffic is from yahoo search engine with keyword "habits of millinours" .when You submitted your rss then this keyword appeared on "Today's Top Searches" on yahoo home page for a day that's it.

    Obviously adding it to your feed didn't cause this. I had this happen twice to me from Yahoo.

    Once they listed under entertainment at the top of their page four features and the link they sent people to for further stuff was a Yahoo search page that I was number 1 on. It took me a while to figure out why 10,000 folks decided to search for that phrase when usually it is around 200/day.

    A couple of years later my "search item" was listed number 8 for the day in their "Today's Top Searches" spot at the bottom right hand corner of the yahoo home page. Again 10,000 folks from Yahoo search with no apparent reason.

    I suspect this is what happened to him since analytics lists it as organic traffic.

    The first time I was favored with a mass flood was three weeks after starting a new site back in Nov 2004. I had already figured I would reach $100.00 from Google around Aug 2005. I had no dreams of earning money. Then on Dec 19, 2004 I ended up on the front page of Fark.com 100,000 plus visitors later I had my $230.00 in my account. Barely optimized at the time and a ctr too low to recall (.6%) but it was a great Christmas present.

    Congrats on the windfall!!!!
