On Jan 30 early morning, when I logged into my Adsense account to check my earnings, I literally jumped out of my bed. I could not believe my eyes after seeing the total money earned under "Today's Earnings" was $210. I started investigating what happened on that day. I wrote a review of 'The Millionaire's Mind' book in the blog post 8 Most Common Habits of Millionaires on Jan 16th. But on 29th, I submitted my RSS feed to few RSS directories, so, it could have appeared in the last 5 or 10 syndicated posts. I did solve the mystery when I checked my Analytics Stats. Over 10,000 unique visits and 537 clicks originated because of the traffic from a single website. I waited if Adsense will discount the stats as wrong, but it didn't happen. The one day earning was added to my latest payment history. So, I thought I would share this with you. It is a neat trick but, however I am not able to replicate it - so, it works good for the first time. It's free, so why not give it a go. Anyone wants to know how I did it? I am just gauging the interest and want to share with interested persons for no charge . I have posted the info below as per the many requests. Scroll down below after 10 replies.
yeah, possible, but it kinda needs a bit of the 'lucky touch'. Certain post are like destined to earn you big cash with no or minimum submit. I got similar feeling on hitting diggs FP (never mind my hosting server went down cause someone (read *me, myself and I*) forgot to setup cache plugin for my CMS system, so most of it just went down the drain... Well anyway, GRATZ
Hey this PM business doesn't work. I hate to wait 33 seconds for every reply to be sent. Here's the remaining part of the story. Thanks for everyone for sending a PM flood...lol. That's "My Yahoo" main page. Yes, I added my RSS feed over 25 feed directories but, the one which did work like a magic is My Yahoo and here's what I did. http://add.my.yahoo.com/rss?url=YOUR RSS FEED replace YOUR RSS FEED with your RSS feed url. or alternatively you can visit http://my.yahoo.com and click 'Personalize page' and 'Add RSS feed'. Now, what happens? The newly added content from your RSS will show up to 5 headlines from your blog. This will appear in the main page of general My Yahoo's 'Recently Added' page for 'sometime'. My Yahoo users will click on your eye-catchy title and come to your blog post. If you happen to have your adsense ads above the fold and merged with your website color scheme, they would click on them. So, write few click-bait posts (titles esp.) first and then submit your RSS feeds. That's all folks. If you have any question Email me. Thanks. Share your experience here and you can email me. I am eager to know if it works for you. Happy Blogging (Earning!).
Oops..sorry I didn't know about the Adsense TOS - I replaced the screenshot now. It looks dumb though now. But, I have given the stats in my posts, so, everyone get the point.
