The list definitely needs to breakdown which of these are human-edited/moderated, and based on manual submission. High page rank is important with these two factors, but not nearly as much without them.

Uh yeah, you might want to clean that list up a bit. It's littered with dead links (domain gone/parked/site broken), and squeeze pages. I stopped going through the list at submittedarticles dot com (I wouldn't suggest going there on your main machine), where I ran into what appears to be malware. For the links that do work, I thank you for the resources.
Thank you for the great source of information... I will definitely help with my marketing efforts. So it will be advisable to do it manual and be very selective... Even though some of the links don;t work, still this is a great resource....
