    Does that mean that you are using content COPYRIGHTED by others WITHOUT their PERMISSION?

    If so, that is a BIG reason why you are having problems, and will continue to have problems.

    For banners it's going to be hard to get great rates because you won't be accepted in the major networks, so you won't get the good rates from big brands.
    You should probably focus on pops, that's where you can get better rates since they don't have the same restrictions that brands have when it comes to copyright issues.
    Try Exoclick, AdCash, PropellerAds, Ad-Maven, AdsTerra, and all those guys... Test multiple until you find the ones that give you the best rates.

    Honestly, that seems about right if the traffic is majority IN/PK. If you have consistent traffic, definitely start split testing other ad networks and you can also optimize your advertising based on country, OS, device type, language, etc.
