209 Sites Network (159 PR1) for Sale - Starting Bid 0.01, NO Reserve

I am listing a network of 209 sites for sale:

    159*PR1
    50*PR0

Please click here to download more details about the sites including the url and the no. of visitors in Jan 2007.

    http://www.affiliatepower.info/networkforsale.xls

The traffic appears to be stable since then. These sites were originally set-up as part of an SEO experiment which involved a total of 678 sites. I do not have an exclusive Adsense channel for these 208 sites but a pretty good educated guess would be between $45-90 per month for all sites (with a margin of error of 50 to 200%).

I will only sell this as a complete lot at a very low price as I do not intend to renew the domains. My hope is that someone would be prepared to split them and resell them at a profit. Alternatively, they can be developed further. If you can get a few sites to PR3 and above, you will be able to sell links.

The domains are registered at dotbob.com and are due to be renew in 22nd July. I will transfer the whole dotbob account to the new owner. I will not be able to install the sites for you but will be able to provide you with the zip files of the original site templates which I bought for over $100. The starting bid for this auction is $0.01 with NO reserve. The auction will end on 21th June 12.00 GMT. Please post your bids on this thread.

The sites are setup with Cpanel. Most of the sites are in two accounts that could be transferred via WHM.

As far as I know, there is no cheap way or renewing or transferring .info domains. The 0.99 to 1.99 prices apply only to new .info domains. I will set a BIN sometime tomorrow.
