Your CTR is ok. But not the epm. Not sure which niche you are targeting. However, i noticed that epm tends to rise with better serp. My epm fluctuates daily and not consistent. Sometimes, it's as low as 11. But other days can even hit 30 or more.
I must warn you boy that sharing of CTR and eCPM info is against google policies and will result in the closing of your adsense account!!
